American Bald Eagle Tea Cup and Nest Saucer
Made with #10 crochet cotton thread and glass seed bead eyes.

This piece was designed for my Mom, who suffered a stroke in 2011 and is still recovering.
The eagle is her favorite animal and Isaiah 40:31 is her favorite Bible verse, which she lives daily.

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31).

Basic Tea Cup

Basic Tea Cup with embroidered flowers and leaves
and resting on a plain white Saucer with a slightly scalloped edge.

This was my very first tea cup design (2005),
modeled on several ceramic miniature tea sets that I collected as a teen.

Approximately .75 inches tall and 1 inch wide.

This piece was originally created in 2006 for Sen. Ellen Craswell (1932–2008),
who by her example and words encouraged me to love the Lord Jesus Christ with my whole heart, to serve others for God's gloryand to creatively use my mind and hands for His Kingdom.
